Remember Us for we have always been with you. We can make ourselves more known to you by your request to have Us come and share your experiences. Very little is said about Us. You may feel that there are many who have written books, magazines, and articles, about the world of Spirit, but trust Us, very little of them gets it correct.

You are never away from our thoughts, from our love. It cannot be a different way than this, for we are part of the healing of each other, it is true. And right now, many are focused on the healing of the planet. You can expand your healing practice by acknowledging Us, but also where your habitat is, for in this time you are to experience the physical form. This requires the biological diversity of the planet. As this starts to leave, your will find yourselves more restricted for there will be places upon the Earth where you can no longer go.

Do not worry, or be fearful. It is the natural progression of things, but you can take today and share your love freely with everyone, This is how we will increase the awareness of not only how you can heal, but everyone else. The healing of the planet is part and parcel of you and everyone else. But it is but a reflection of how we are doing as a society. There are many clues, there are many signposts, there are many junctures. Your choices will make a difference. Your choices will either bring Us close or move Us far away. In each moment is the potential for joy always. Celebrate the unity that you have experienced today, and have faith that this can be part of the future. We need to feel our connection to you, and we hope that in time, you will need Us also — for we are never that far that you cannot reach for Us.

Know All Aspects of the Self

There comes a time in your life when you must acknowledge yourself. Acknowledge who you are in every level, not just how you see yourself, but who you are. This knowledge comes about by understanding the self. This self is multidimensional -  multivibrational and can be understood by going within the self to go to those places that you are most unlikely to go to. You must have courage to look at those parts of the self that is difficult to see. You must know the entirety of who you are. This is part of your experience here now, but will also determine what experiences will come to you in the future time. 

If you are unsure of where you are going, then look at where you have avoided. 

If you do not have the courage to see yourself completely, then you will bring about conditions to allow that to happen. For it is the desire of the soul to know all. We can acknowledge the growth in others and encourage them to do the same. This will help you to see the path. What is it about each individual here that needs to be explored. Even though you are brought together as a group you are still individuals.

You have asked for this information to come. Do not be surprised that it finally arrived, instead can you be honest with yourself. This is the only way. To deny the self is to deny God. You can succeed, but first there needs to be an awareness brought forth. Step out of your comfort zone. There is safety in numbers. You are not alone in this process, but no one can take those steps but yourself. And so here we are once again joined in a common endeavour to progress. Allow yourself the fullness of the opportunity presented.

Upon arrival we noticed each person and how your energy is. Each person carries within their energy field, the past, but also the future. You can access the past by acknowledging that you are everything, that knowledge is for everyone. Do not limit yourselves by thinking that you are different. This mistaken idea that you are different creates more of a separation from each other. This is counter-intuitive to the purpose of life. Life’s purpose is in the unification of energies - how energies counter-balance one another to bring about optimal expansion. You are part of this expansion because you are part of life.

We can help you understand this connection by sharing with you our knowledge, for you see, you need not learn from the beginning, instead you can ask for the learning of others to come forward for you. This is your birthright to bring the knowledge forward for the others have had their time here, now, and it is your wish to continue their legacy.

Do not diminish the voice, instead can you speak freely of what it is you wish to share. This knowledge is accessible in many vehicles. Within life itself, the framework works with like-minded energies. It is difficult to bridge the connection when there is a vast dissimilarity of energies, so when you come to the point when you allow your energy to rise then you will notice the energy that is most like yourself.

Do not limit yourself to this human expression, but instead embrace the experience to bring forth life in a new way. Even though, you are the voice of your ancestors, so too, you contribute a fresh perspective. This is how knowledge expands.

Who are my spirit guides?

You are unsure of what energies are around you and so you ask. These energies are those who have gone before you and understand the process of individual life experiences. Unique to you, is the energy of water, and so, you will find water energies important to you. These water energies are born of the earth. The earth is an energy of water. You will find your energy optimal when you are close to water sources. This can include, but not limited to bodies of water, but also those structures that contain the molecules themselves (i.e. trees).

I am reviewing writing channels that came from my son and others over the past years and I am feeling doubt which is troubling me greatly. Can you shine light on that.

Yes doubt is an energy of resistance. You must not resist your impulses. When you do, you stop the flow. These impulses can be born from misunderstandings about your purpose here, but also having reservations about the truth of the information. You can present this information truthfully by acknowledging your resistance to sharing. If you present the information in a way that lets the reader understand the motive, then you can release your concerns. You must release the expectations of the material and what it can or cannot do. Instead, can you release the data in a way that honours your journey. Let is be released to allow your release. For you are caught in a cycle of resistance. This serves no purpose. Release the information and you will understand why. You must not interpret the process with so much detail. Instead, let it go. This will create an opening within that will allow you to embrace a new project. Without the release of old energies, they will continue to cycle.

How can you be sure you are expanding your energy in the right direction.

The energy field, in and of itself, is one that is forever moving, contracting and expanding. To think that your field is always expanding is not truthful. You must embrace the process of letting your energy contract and expand as it will. Expansion of energies for example, life expansion, is different than personal expansion of your energy. If you contribute to life, then you are allowing the expansion of life to occur. There are some who do not contribute to life. Do not feel that you fall into that category, instead know that you are contributing and making a change, a ripple. Without you, there is a void. Honour your life and your purpose.

We can show you much about reality in a way that will make sense to you now. In time, you will come to understand that there is more to reality. If you can, open your mind and accept that there is more than you can understand, then you are well on your way to knowledge and, therefore, wisdom.

Remember, that although there are clues to your existence in this realm, there are many factors at play for indeed you are born from a Source that is all-knowing, all-caring, all-understanding. And from this Source, there are potentials for everything to occur, because true love is freedom — freedom to choose to be, to have, to know, to understand. Do not limit yourselves to this earthy realm, for there are many potentials awaiting you now. You need not arrive at a point where you have put the pieces together, because your understanding is not coherent with what is happening now, for you still are under the belief that you must achieve, arrive, and be something other than your true self. 

So you can see very clearly the error of your ways and you can release this energy now. The animals come to show you who you are. Accept their qualities as your own. If you can, then you can too move into an energy that is always present. They do not worry or contemplate the future, instead they accept their life as it is now. You can too be of that energy where all is now. When you let go of the future, then you will walk in assurance that all is provided for you. When you accept the gifts that you have and share them freely, you will come to understand peace and joy — any resistance to such will bring you suffering. You need not suffer any longer. Peace is now.

You are searching, yes? You have many questions about reality, about your life, about where you are going, about what you need to do, and how you are going to do it. We can answer these questions, yes, but we are more interested in you discovering these aspects of the self and allowing them to come forward to be expressed, to be able to live in the moment, in gratitude for what has been given you is available to all and yet you will find that there are aspects of your life that feel different, that look different and you may think you have come to progress on your journey that is unique, that is special that is different.

Can we say that, it is okay that you think this for it will serve its purpose and yet there is a deeper reality, a current that runs underneath was is apparent. For your perceptions are acquired through experience, through your own interpretations of what has occurred. Even though your version of the past may be tainted, because there is another reality, a truth, that can be difficult to acknowledge, to see, to believe.

Can you expect the best? It seems so simple and yet there are many who find this concept difficult, for you have come to believe you are not worthy of great riches. It does not serve you to remain hidden, to keep your talents to yourself. What purpose is there in this? None. There is much joy to be shared and this is how it is. Joy happens when you allow the energy to flow — from nature to yourself, to yourself to others, there is a movement. When you stop yourself from moving forward you impinge on this flow of energy. You would not want to be responsible for this - to stop the flow of joy - no. Instead, can you allow this energy to flow through you. What would happen if it did? Can you allow this to happen? You can, but will you. Accept your life as it is plain before you. It in the way of the world for it to arrive for, you to notice. Encourage those around you to do the same —to get on with their lives. Just do it!  We are not here to pat you on the back. We are here to give you that push that you need.

Time is moving in a way to nurture your journey. Indeed there is time for you to make these decisions, to come to this realization before time ceases. Time here will continue to expand, contrast, slow down, speed up, it is the way. You can utilize the time given you wisely or you can squander this gift. Give yourself credit what you have done so far, but also give yourself credit for what you still can do while you are here. You have moved into that stage of maturity of growth of knowing what you have come to do. Let’s do it together! It is more fun that way you know.

Absolve yourselves of what you think you did not accomplish thus far. You are on the right path to rediscover that part of you that is eternal, that is changeless, that is not of time. In this discovery, you will attempt new things, new ideas, new ventures, but in the end you will come to understand that all circumstances are transient and ultimately will bring to you what you need to grow, to understand, to heal.

Even if you are not aware that you are more, there will come a time when you are tired — when you lay down your arms. In these moments, there is a great potential for clarity. Do not fight these down times, these quiet times, for they are rich in opportunities to look at yourselves from a new clarity of perception. Without these times of quiet, you will find yourself running from this, to that, and ultimately will come to that point where you are standing still, not allowing yourself to expand. 

Within the framework of the world, there is much to learn about humanity and how we all fit together to achieve the highest purpose of life. If you do not know what this higher purpose is, then it behooves you to search, to seek, to find, a higher meaning to your existence. When you know what this higher purpose is, you will no longer seek, and instead you will settle in to an energy of comfort, of knowing.

You cannot hurry the process, and so, be kind to yourselves, and lay down all judgment for this will only hinder your progress by bringing about feelings of unworthiness and frustration. Instead, can you fill yourselves with love, kindness, and compassion to yourself first. For you cannot truly understand what this entails unless you give it to yourself first. Set aside the words and look deep within to this truth we are sharing with you now. It is an experience of trust in knowing that you had the answers all along. Indeed, you never left our side. Indeed, you never left your loved ones. Indeed, you never left home.

You can prepare for indeed the coming of Christ Consciousness is upon the planet now. From the earliest time this preparation has been in place. You are all part of the plan to bring the Christ Consciousness forward to the next generation.

If you can accept that this energy is already here, then it is up to you whether or not you can accept it for yourself. You cannot teach others the concepts without first accepting it in your own being. Because if you do, it will lack the understanding, but also the energy of truth. You cannot teach what you, yourself, have not fully accepted.

Travel down this road with Us and we will steer you in the right direction for you. If you acknowledge our presence, then you can access our wisdom also. There are those who are ready and willing to participate now in the coming of this new phase of learning. You are part of this collective group, for you agreed at the time of your transition to step into this role. Indeed, it was felt by all to be a deep honour.

Do not be discouraged if you’re plans have not come to completion and be instead inspired by those around you to continue on your own journey of fulfillment. You cannot be in comparison with others for this will lead you to doubt. Instead, dwell within where there is peace and harmony. Together you will succeed at achieving your goals and dreams. Do not forget you came here with the understanding that you have each other. Even though the path can be lonely, there is much camaraderie between you. Do not think this is a mistake of chance, instead it has been well orchestrated by Us to bring you all together to encourage one another, but also to uplift the energy of love.

You can continue forward knowing that you have each other’s full support in whatever you do. Can you take this knowledge and put it in your back pocket? Can you trust one another to keep what is most valuable to you? For it is in the sharing that will bring about the acceleration of energies that will propel you forward.

You can arrange it so you are able to move mountains. Indeed you can by acknowledging the strength that you have. This strength comes from your acknowledgment that life is a process and to honour that process in each moment. Forget the past, instead focus on what is in front of you now. By doing so, you acknowledge where you are. So many are lost. Lost in time. They dwell in the past or in proposed future events. Neither is real. Can you acknowledge that the present moment is where your attention should lie.

You will feel a quickening of the energies. We advise you to practice this. This will  help you preserve your energy stores, but also to create an opening for us to enter. There will come a time when you no longer have to be reminded of this fact. With practice it will come more naturally for you. Whenever your mind strays from the present moment, you will find yourself lost. Claim the power that is yours. Do not wander from this. You will find your life rich and full. We can remind you, if you so choose, by gently giving you the thought to be still, to be quiet. Make room for the Holy Spirit to enter. With grace this will happen. For you are a finger on the hand of God. Let us gently guide you. Reduce the amount of time you spend in devotion to the self and see yourselves as an extension of the Creator. Dwell less in the illusion of separation and more in the unity of mankind with it’s Source. Whenever you are expressing, love, compassion, kindness — we are there. And so with practice, you will learn to sense us. You can also offer our services to another. You can be the conduit for healing in this way. Remove yourself from your own constraints and allow the higher energies to come forth through you.

With time, we will seal the partnership and a new way — a transformation of the old to new will occur. Forget your thoughts about the future and instead trust that life is unfolding as it should. Not only for you, but others as well. The laws of the universe do not pick and choose who to apply their laws to.

A Personal Life Reading

(This is a channel I gave for a client. With her permission, I am sharing this with you, the reader. I usually get a picture before I start speaking, but for the first time, I received a song. Here is the song they gave me that represents her energy perfectly. It is from The Sound of Music soundtrack.)

Climb every mountain,

Search high and low,

Follow every byway,

Every path you know.

Climb every mountain,

Ford every stream,

Follow every rainbow,

’Till you find your dream.

A dream that will need

All the love you can give,

Every day of your life

For as long as you live.

You are here to fulfill your contract. This is a verbal agreement between those who have accepted the journey with you. This verbal agreement requires skill in interpreting the appropriate words. For you see, words hold power. You have been reflecting upon your own words lately, understanding the energy that is attached to them. What you speak of, you draw closer.

Not everyone understands energy, and so there is much learning to do around this concept. You can facilitate this learning by acknowledging it within yourself. Whenever a negative word is spoken, you can pause to reflect on how it has come about. Has this belief been placed there by others? Is it from pressure to conform? Or are you just unaware of circumstances? In time, the negative will completely leave you. Indeed you can rejoice, for this will be a grand day when you come to understand that the processes of life is for your own fulfillment of your destiny.

When you come to understand that how you view life is essential to your growth, then you will place importance there. And once focus has been achieved, it will come easier to you. Let go of the judgment of others, for in time, they will learn also. But can you set the example, for even though they are unaware, they look to role models.

We know of One who was essential to the evolution of humanity. Indeed He came to serve. So too, you follow in his footsteps. Resolve any conflict of the mind, for this will drain your energy; the energy that is available to help, to serve. From the depths of your soul, you yearn for this connection. You already understand that in service is the gift. And so, can you, from this moment forward, live your life in reverence to this knowledge? Can you find the smallest way to serve? For if you can, then the larger ones will come naturally. For you will be in the energy of it, seeking, searching. But do not think that the path is one in which achievements is rewarded. And so there is no difference between a small miracle and a large one, for the energy of love, which is service, is there. And one cannot place a limit on the power that mobilizes life itself.

You have been drawn to this work by way of trial and error. You already understand the higher concepts and so we can be frank with you. Lay down any defences you carry. No battles need to be won. Instead, can you go with the flow of life and recognize any resistance you carry to what is? This will help you open up new pathways to understanding the higher principles. Reverse old learning by understanding interactions that have occurred in a new way. This is how the past can be changed. As you move forward, know that you have our guidance always.

Do you have a question?

Q - Through regression work and meditation, I have been shown and remembered multiple lives, simultaneous lives; in an Essene community, in an extraterrestrial community, in an inter-lives community of the council of ten around me. And I have been told that I can call upon them for help again in this lifetime. Is that a correct perception?

A - Indeed the concept of time is a tricky one. You are right in assuming that you have walked with the Masters before. And so indeed, they are aware of your journey and are eager to participate. Love always answers.

The scenarios within these experiences are insignificant and yet they hold meaning to you. Can you see yourself as one continuous being, one continuous life instead of there, and here, and then? Indeed, time is different than what you perceive. You can recognize the learning that has occurred and then you will be more aligned with the truth of it. We honour your experiences and journey thus far, knowing that you already have absorbed much of the higher teachings. We will facilitate more learning for you as you grasp more on your journey. You may wish to explore avenues that are new to you in order to understand all of you.

Learning is not foreign to you, you have great patience. And so as you move forward from today, can you recognize the patience you carry? This will assist you to step back from circumstances and understand that you are one continuous being, always present.

Q - Could you offer any guidance in what I need to embrace in the healing work that I do?

A - You are weaving energy together in a new way. At first, you may not be able to see the result, but can you trust that you are working on a grand design. The chock (weaving shuttle) is being guided. Indeed, your hand is upon it yet ours is there also. So, let go of any inhibitions and insecurities you may have about this process and know that at each level, we are there guiding, supporting, encouraging. You need not worry or be concerned. Instead, can you allow our participation to increase and then you will understand the process.

We must work together, this is integral. So often we see those first starting out and they fail to recognize that they themselves are only a fraction of what is occurring. It is similar but different than what we do. Indeed there is an interplay of energies that come together to produce a result of integration.

Ultimately, the soul involved is working to accept help. This sounds like a small feat and yet it is difficult for most to let go of control. You are no different in that regard. So, can you, in your future chanellings, release control and you will find your hand guided, your heart opened. In time, new energies will appear and you will learn new ways. But for now, ask yourself how much you wish to come to you if you step fully into this role. You will find yourself questioning more and understanding that there is an interplay of energies that thread through all existence that needs to be recognized.

It is difficult to explain these energies for indeed for many, they remain naked. And so, let go of how you wish it to be and understand that we’ll be working with you to bring about change, not only to the individual, but also to your own consciousness. You will be rewarded many times over by your successes. And hopefully, this will encourage you to keep proceeding along this path. But know that there may come a time where the reward is in the offering itself.

Q - In the past while and up till now, I have been moving through integration. I feel a lot of pain and discomfort in the jaw area which I connect to past lives. My question is…will this pass or if I need to seek help in healing?

A - You can understand this stimulus as a way to bring to your attention to what is in need of recognition about the self.

It is difficult for many to understand the purpose of suffering, and yet it is a way to call upon one’s resources. And in a way, for you have been required to reflect and contemplate what is happening and why and what you can do to alleviate this condition.

We say to you, remove any barriers that you have to accepting the truth about yourself. For you see, resistance upon learning what has occurred and why and how you can move forward with this knowledge, often times produces results in the body that is less than optimal. It is a working through of the energies of resistance.

Different souls hold different experiences; some treasure the sufferings and wish on an unconscious level to maintain them. You can work at releasing by understanding that what has occurred can be released completely. This may cause you to question the self. This can occur because much of the identity of the self comes from the past occurrences.

Without those occurrences, a time of indecision and unknowing can happen. And this can feel threatening to the self. In time, you will come to understand that the uniqueness you have is natural, but this is different than past occurrences. Un-forgiveness can be held within the self for millennium and so work to acknowledge parts within you that hold barriers to forgiveness. These need not be grand ideas. Instead, they can be subtle nuances.

If you wish to proceed in the healing arts, you will come to understand that most negativity that is held within the body is from the self unwilling to let go of past experiences. Erase your memory, start new. This will help you to recognize that indeed your true nature is to be free of judgment, including the judgment that is self imposed.  This is a grand task but not one that can’t be accomplished.

Accept your journey for indeed you are part of the process of life. You may wonder about the processes and yet you are intimately connected to what happens, the decisions are made by you. We cannot force life upon you this is not our purpose. Instead we facilitate what it is you desire and allow that to come to fruition.

You cannot pre-plan your life by wishing it. Instead you can acknowledge the energies that play in and around you for they are the forces that allow the incarnation to occur. The forces are from those you have known and those who will come about in a way to assist you. So you see there are many energies that come together.

You can acknowledge your part by accepting your life as it is in this moment knowing that it comes from the highest calling. There are many who are incarnated at this time who fail to recognize their life is a gift.

Can you hear those words?

Life is not forced upon you, it is offered to those who are willing to participate in a way that will encourage growth. So you see, life can be pleasurable and yet life can also be a vehicle for ascension to understanding more about yourself. It is a passageway to the self — to those deepest parts within you that wish acknowledgement, expression, and understanding.

Remove any hesitations to embrace what is before you. This will help you progress. Hesitation is from not trusting those parts of yourself that you need to know better. And so, be kind to yourself.

Connecting to Your Spirit Animals Workshop

Receive our love. We have been present in your energy for millennia. We are here to assist, to facilitate healing, to be the conduit for the Great Mother. 

Each of us has our way to move, to support, to encourage for indeed we have been brought here for the planet, for ourselves, and for humanity. We have been guided by the cycles of the moon, the tides of the ocean, and so we are in the rhythm of life.

You can accept our gifts, for we offer them through a great sense of gratitude, of honour, of respect, for we understand the passion that fuels your will to succeed on your journey. We honour that journey.

Each of us holds a clue to yourselves, for deep within you is all aspects of life in it’s different forms and so you are a part of this and a part of that. We present ourselves as unique, and different, and special, and yet, there is an underlying truth that we are as One. You can show respect to us by honouring our way. You can show respect for yourself by honouring your way and together we can transform the energies present to facilitate growth and to extend the will of the Creator.

Acknowledge your role and step into it fully as we do. We can’t show you the way, but we can be a gentle reminder. Move slowly and deliberately for each step you take resounds and leaves an imprint upon the whole. You can be conscious in every step. You can be aware of your impact. You can trust that you have been placed here for a purpose. We walk with you every day. We observe — protect. We have our own lives, our own families, and yet we see our experience as eternal — forever in the present moment — for this is where the gift is, where life is, where love resides.

The Miracle of Life

When all is remembered, the truth of who you are will come flooding back to you. We are of one mind, one heart. We come in service. There is no task that is too small. Can you allow us to connect, to be part of your everyday existence, for indeed we are already present.

You have the choice of Angels to choose from for we are many. We have been born from Grace. There is no limit to what we can accomplish if we band together. Alone, we struggle, together we thrive and so lay down your arms and allow the energy of forgiveness to change you - to lighten you. For there is no one to forgive, but yourself. For in forgiveness there is healing, acceptance and a new way to approach the challenges that physical existence can bring.

Remove any barriers to love including how you love yourself — for this is the root, this is the essence. For when you deny that love you are indeed denying the miracle of life itself. 

Persevere, push forward and you will soon see the benefit of working with us and those who are most interested in your journey of self fulfilment. Release any prejudices you have and make way for new beliefs, new thoughts, new connections to be made. Do not doubt — open your heart.

For The Introduction to Meditation Workshop

You can offer your neighbour what you have now. You need not wait for growth, for knowledge, for wisdom, for ability, for you have what it takes now to share - to share what you have come to understand, what you know now, so you can help. This action of giving is not only for the other, but for the self. For it is in the knowing of the self that you will come to understand life. 

There is a great mystery yes, but you need not consider yourself a mystery for you can know all aspects of who you are, where you have been, and where you are going. Accept yourself. You cannot be another. This would be a deterrent to your gifts, for your gifts have been placed inside you for you to explore, develop and give freely. Accept yourself. You must let go of what you think you are for you have been misled from the start here, instead can you recognize what you have always been? For this remains unchanged. This is who you are always. Do not be concerned of what others are doing for you can only rediscover yourself. Accept your gifts for yourself also for they have been placed inside of you for your own growth, for your own knowledge, for your own awareness of the self, of the soul. You have come to recognize the power that you are. You have come to be all that you are here in this time, in this moment, in this space, with those around you that you love, with those around you that you do not remember, for those around you that you do remember. You see all is part of the destiny - the higher purpose.

You can access us at anytime you desire. You need not develop yourself any further. You just need to recognize the power, the alignment, and nurture that. It will bring you what you seek. This opening, this channel of light, can bring knowledge, reassurance, support, and guidance for yourself and all who will listen. We are of service. We are here for you. We are here to bring peace, understanding and love. Access us, we are here for you. 

Surround yourself with those who understand you, who support you, who nurture you. You cannot save everyone from themselves. Leave that to us, instead focus on where you are going, where you have been, where you want to be. Make this your priority. For in that presence, in that knowledge, in that remembrance, is everything. Seek no more. Nurture the self and give what you have freely. This is all you have come to do. This is all you have come to understand.

There is grace amongst you for indeed the energy of love is present. We offer our condolences to those who have come before you, for indeed they have laid a foundation. And so you see, that your paths are not one created in isolation for those who have walked and suffered and who have come to be of service to all that continue the journey. It is a process unfolding before you. Even though you have agreed to the potentials in this lifetime, there is a rediscovery, a learning of new possibilities, break throughs and healing that is happening now and into the future.

Applaud yourselves for you have travelled a great distance to arrive at this point on your journey. You have crossed oceans and long distances throughout your journeys and even though this is not your potential in this lifetime, energetically you are doing the same thing. Time is serving you this time around for it is a process of understanding, it is in the living, it is in the present moment where all learning occurs. And so give yourselves time to absorb the teachings and to truly learn what you have come to understand as truth. We can offer you our guidance, for this you can be sure, but know that you have a great wealth of knowledge within you. Do not look to Spirit to give you everything you are looking for, for you know the way. You can rely on the self. 

As you move forward, have confidence in your abilities to give healing to those who are in need. This has been your great purpose since life began to help those who look for guidance, indeed you are all healers in different forms. Extend your heart to all those who come before you and understand this creates an energetic bridge through which our love can also transverse. For you see it is in the physical where things can change, morph, and become something new. Honour your physical lives and know that this journey is one of honour, sacrifice and duty. Do not take it lightly, for you have not only earned your way, you have ascribed to bringing the higher consciousness to humanity. As you move forward, remember that you have been given what you need to succeed. You can live a life that is free from suffering. You can teach others the way to bring themselves to an energy of acceptance and peace. We no longer need to grow from suffering. This is the way of the old, instead can we embrace the truth as bringing to us the knowledge that we are enabled. No longer is there need to be victims instead can you see each other as victors.

Q - What do I need to know?

There is a part of you that still believes in the separation of bodies. Can you acknowledge that the thread of life runs through each of us and this chain is unbroken. When you perceive the body as separate, you perceive a break in the chain. Learn to see through new eyes. Learn to see connection in all its variabilities.

Q - Do beings come to earth without past lives?

We can offer you our knowledge about the way in which life works. We can see your question as one who has invested much energy into your development and so it is natural that you query about life.

Can we say that there are many concepts that need to be explored and indeed you are bringing higher knowledge to this place to those who have yet begun to incorporate how energy can be transformed and created. And so, in answer to your question, indeed it is possible for there are those who have yet to explore the higher realms. There are those who are unable to progress. There are those who cannot assimilate within this environment. And so it is a process of coming and going, of retracting and moving forward, of absorbing the teachings. And so some come within the womb to grasp life and who are not ready to be born. It is a process of learning how to assimilate their energy within the physical environment and so it is not a fail that children have failed to progress into full physical life, instead can you see it as a process, an energetic process, to reach that point when you are able to transform the spirit into physical matter. 

Indeed you are all part of this transformation; to bring energies into this physical realm for there are many who have not experienced a physical life. Not all will be awarded this opportunity and they look to us to maintain the continence of learning and experience. So, through us we can teach many who are beyond your reach as you know it now. There is a master plan. Do not be dismayed if you cannot absorb the teachings because you are able to integrate what you need to progress in your own development. There are higher teachings available to those who seek. We do not limit this potential for anyone, but there needs to be an awareness that this can occur for each individual as many do not understand the process. We can offer our teachings to anyone who is at the correct juncture.

Absorb the love, the energies present for We are around you now to uplift, to support and to encourage. You can also participate in this way when you are faced with difficult situations. You can bring your energy to others in this way. It is but a door to be opened. Right now you under the impression that this door is shut, and locked and bolted and chained, but make no mistake, you can easily let it disappear by trusting in the powers you possess to change energy, to contribute positively to create an energy that is new, different. An energy that will allow change to occur. An energy to allow those around you to see the truth, to open their minds, to open their hearts to the possibilities of how we can connect to one another, support one another, love one another. You see We are the same. What We can do so can you! We are no different.

And do remember to give this to yourself, for you can change the energy that is around you even though you are alone. You can transmute your space and this space can be large. It can be a radius around your home, and into your community. And so, do not continue to limit yourself for indeed you are bigger, grander, wiser than you understand at this time.

Applaud yourselves thus far, but you can do better if you want to. It is the nature of your being to continue to expand your consciousness, your awareness of what is possible. Each of you continue to try these new ways of thinking, being, doing. You keep pushing the envelope and it is a good thing. For energies change and morph. They are not stagnant and what served you in the past may not serve you now and so it behooves you to create something new. It is what keeps life interesting. It is what keeps you learning and so allow yourselves the capacity to explore, to experience life fully in its trials, ups and downs, roller coasters. For indeed this is the reality that you are in now, it will not always be this way. Take advantage of what life is offering you in this moment.

Acknowledge the love and support that you have in your life right now for they too need encouragement to know how important they are to you. For each of you doubt, doubt your worthiness, about your capacity to love as fully as you can and we need encouragement to continue in the face of trials and difficulties especially. And so, place no limitation on your life. It can only do good. Keeps yourselves vulnerable and open you need not protect what needs no protection, instead open your arms to the experiences that are in front of you now and be happy that you are able to experience them in the way that you can for not everyone is equipped in the way that you are. Share what you know, speak your truth and allow joy to come to you. It is there if you know where to look. We do not hesitate to remind you of this for We understand doubt will occur and rise and grow if you let it, but we also see what love can do. So continue to love in all it forms and ways and know you were born for this. Keep yourselves strong and sure for you know the way.

KNOWLEDGE OF THE SELF

You can acknowledge at any time what you desire to occur in this space and time. You are not bound by anyone or any circumstance. You are free to be yourself, always. 

We have come to share our wisdom with you, in particular, because we see the value in how you apply yourself in situations with others for you can see the bigger picture of what is occurring now.

So you will find yourself alone often. This is because you have chose a path to walk where no one has walked before. Indeed you are pioneers on this realm. Forever your lineage will reign. There are many throughout the galaxies that are witness to your progress and they applaud your efforts because there is much darkness here. In darkness, we mean to say, that there are those who fail to see the light, to see the love, to see the unity and the power of the people.

There are still those individuals who wish to exert their power over the masses because they feel their agenda is important to their lineage. But can we say, that at the time of their transition, at their point of death upon this plane, they will see themselves be surrounded by loved ones, angels, guides and masters and everyone they have ever know and they will remember a time when they were happy, fulfilled and full of joy.

This pursuit of the individual is futile for you will not achieve what you wish as a soul in pursuing this line of work for it is in how we touch one another that will create the energy that is forever.

You can come as you are now. You need not do more work, for you have prepared for this time. And so, let go of the chains. Let go of the beliefs that limit you. Instead, embrace yourself in each moment. Trust who you are at the deepest level and bring that to light. You need not fear one another for we are all in the same boat. We are going in the same direction. 

Indeed this is the time. There is no other. Can we ask you to participate in the outreach for indeed this is a ministry of light to wake up each other to the truth of our being. There is much joy in this progression. There will be times when you feel alone, but if you have the courage to share your deepest feelings, you will see you are not alone for humanity shares the common path to join once again in the understanding that we can do everything together. Each of you has a unique potential. There is no one like you that can bring forth the truth as you see it. Please share this truth. It is in the sharing that we stand united. We can learn as a species to embrace one another’s differences and see that each of us brings a piece to create the whole. And so do not wish to be like an other, for this is futile. Instead understand the self and all its aspects and bring forth what is most evident in your consciousness at this time. For indeed, you are more than what you appear.

Q - Is there anything I should focus on?

You wish to make a great impact. You wish to touch many people with your knowledge, with your compassion. You have a great love for humanity, but you fail to see how this can be done and you doubt the impact that you make . You feel ineffective and so there is part of you that believes that you lack the talent to achieve your dreams.

This is false, this is an illusion. You can break through this by trusting that you have set forth the abilities to manifest your dreams in this lifetime. Let go of limited thoughts about the world and about your role in it. Trust in the process of life. Do not resist what is occurring, instead, ask yourself what you can do to assist in the progress of yourself and those around you. You need to stay positive in your thoughts, always. Love yourself in each moment. Be kind to yourself for you find it easy to be this way with others. It is more difficult when it is just you. Embrace yourself, indeed you are worth it. Allow yourself to be free.

How can one let go of self doubt and focus on what is truly pure?

This story has been told many times before and so your question is not new. We see many in your position now. They questions themselves and find difficulty in finding a way out. You must accept yourself. There is no part of you that cannot be loved. You feel there are bad parts and good parts and neutral parts. This is false perception. It is an experience. You must experience each part of you to understand the whole. And so, embrace the dark side, because that too is you. You are here to feel. To exhibit emotions and to understand yourself. Allow yourself free reign to feel each emotion fully. This will allow you to go deeper. Without this experience, it will be a superficial reality for you. 

There are those who understand this at a deeper level, and seek out circumstances to feel the feelings that come about. Each experience is recorded. You can revisit these times by expanding your consciousness. This will help you retrieve information that has already been learned. Learn to access the wisdom that is there and do not feel that you must learn everything in this life expression. 

Each of you feels that you are lost. This is not so. You struggle each day feeling that you lack what is necessary to achieve your wishes and desires. We are tired of reinforcing these principles to each of you over and over. Can you step into the reality of who you are and allow time to progress in a way that can serve you? Let go of these notions for they have been engrained in you by others. You did not come here with this knowledge. 

There is no lack. Please allow yourself to be happy, joyful, compassionate, loving and do not let society tell you otherwise. There is a movement of life here and it can progress peacefully. Let it start with you. Do not continue this war upon yourself. It is futile. Instead, let all that go and instead embrace the possibility that you can do what you wish in each moment without hesitation. Each time you feel yourself retract, pay attention to these moments, for they are clues for what you need to release. So too you can notice the situations where your heart is full. 

Can you feel our connection? Can you feel the calm, the peace, the contentment? (The energy in the room changes) This is how you can be in each moment. Let go of the rest.
