Remember Us for we have always been with you. We can make ourselves more known to you by your request to have Us come and share your experiences. Very little is said about Us. You may feel that there are many who have written books, magazines, and articles, about the world of Spirit, but trust Us, very little of them gets it correct.

You are never away from our thoughts, from our love. It cannot be a different way than this, for we are part of the healing of each other, it is true. And right now, many are focused on the healing of the planet. You can expand your healing practice by acknowledging Us, but also where your habitat is, for in this time you are to experience the physical form. This requires the biological diversity of the planet. As this starts to leave, your will find yourselves more restricted for there will be places upon the Earth where you can no longer go.

Do not worry, or be fearful. It is the natural progression of things, but you can take today and share your love freely with everyone, This is how we will increase the awareness of not only how you can heal, but everyone else. The healing of the planet is part and parcel of you and everyone else. But it is but a reflection of how we are doing as a society. There are many clues, there are many signposts, there are many junctures. Your choices will make a difference. Your choices will either bring Us close or move Us far away. In each moment is the potential for joy always. Celebrate the unity that you have experienced today, and have faith that this can be part of the future. We need to feel our connection to you, and we hope that in time, you will need Us also — for we are never that far that you cannot reach for Us.

You can arrange it so you are able to move mountains. Indeed you can by acknowledging the strength that you have. This strength comes from your acknowledgment that life is a process and to honour that process in each moment. Forget the past, instead focus on what is in front of you now. By doing so, you acknowledge where you are. So many are lost. Lost in time. They dwell in the past or in proposed future events. Neither is real. Can you acknowledge that the present moment is where your attention should lie.

You will feel a quickening of the energies. We advise you to practice this. This will  help you preserve your energy stores, but also to create an opening for us to enter. There will come a time when you no longer have to be reminded of this fact. With practice it will come more naturally for you. Whenever your mind strays from the present moment, you will find yourself lost. Claim the power that is yours. Do not wander from this. You will find your life rich and full. We can remind you, if you so choose, by gently giving you the thought to be still, to be quiet. Make room for the Holy Spirit to enter. With grace this will happen. For you are a finger on the hand of God. Let us gently guide you. Reduce the amount of time you spend in devotion to the self and see yourselves as an extension of the Creator. Dwell less in the illusion of separation and more in the unity of mankind with it’s Source. Whenever you are expressing, love, compassion, kindness — we are there. And so with practice, you will learn to sense us. You can also offer our services to another. You can be the conduit for healing in this way. Remove yourself from your own constraints and allow the higher energies to come forth through you.

With time, we will seal the partnership and a new way — a transformation of the old to new will occur. Forget your thoughts about the future and instead trust that life is unfolding as it should. Not only for you, but others as well. The laws of the universe do not pick and choose who to apply their laws to.

A Personal Life Reading

(This is a channel I gave for a client. With her permission, I am sharing this with you, the reader. I usually get a picture before I start speaking, but for the first time, I received a song. Here is the song they gave me that represents her energy perfectly. It is from The Sound of Music soundtrack.)

Climb every mountain,

Search high and low,

Follow every byway,

Every path you know.

Climb every mountain,

Ford every stream,

Follow every rainbow,

’Till you find your dream.

A dream that will need

All the love you can give,

Every day of your life

For as long as you live.

You are here to fulfill your contract. This is a verbal agreement between those who have accepted the journey with you. This verbal agreement requires skill in interpreting the appropriate words. For you see, words hold power. You have been reflecting upon your own words lately, understanding the energy that is attached to them. What you speak of, you draw closer.

Not everyone understands energy, and so there is much learning to do around this concept. You can facilitate this learning by acknowledging it within yourself. Whenever a negative word is spoken, you can pause to reflect on how it has come about. Has this belief been placed there by others? Is it from pressure to conform? Or are you just unaware of circumstances? In time, the negative will completely leave you. Indeed you can rejoice, for this will be a grand day when you come to understand that the processes of life is for your own fulfillment of your destiny.

When you come to understand that how you view life is essential to your growth, then you will place importance there. And once focus has been achieved, it will come easier to you. Let go of the judgment of others, for in time, they will learn also. But can you set the example, for even though they are unaware, they look to role models.

We know of One who was essential to the evolution of humanity. Indeed He came to serve. So too, you follow in his footsteps. Resolve any conflict of the mind, for this will drain your energy; the energy that is available to help, to serve. From the depths of your soul, you yearn for this connection. You already understand that in service is the gift. And so, can you, from this moment forward, live your life in reverence to this knowledge? Can you find the smallest way to serve? For if you can, then the larger ones will come naturally. For you will be in the energy of it, seeking, searching. But do not think that the path is one in which achievements is rewarded. And so there is no difference between a small miracle and a large one, for the energy of love, which is service, is there. And one cannot place a limit on the power that mobilizes life itself.

You have been drawn to this work by way of trial and error. You already understand the higher concepts and so we can be frank with you. Lay down any defences you carry. No battles need to be won. Instead, can you go with the flow of life and recognize any resistance you carry to what is? This will help you open up new pathways to understanding the higher principles. Reverse old learning by understanding interactions that have occurred in a new way. This is how the past can be changed. As you move forward, know that you have our guidance always.

Do you have a question?

Q - Through regression work and meditation, I have been shown and remembered multiple lives, simultaneous lives; in an Essene community, in an extraterrestrial community, in an inter-lives community of the council of ten around me. And I have been told that I can call upon them for help again in this lifetime. Is that a correct perception?

A - Indeed the concept of time is a tricky one. You are right in assuming that you have walked with the Masters before. And so indeed, they are aware of your journey and are eager to participate. Love always answers.

The scenarios within these experiences are insignificant and yet they hold meaning to you. Can you see yourself as one continuous being, one continuous life instead of there, and here, and then? Indeed, time is different than what you perceive. You can recognize the learning that has occurred and then you will be more aligned with the truth of it. We honour your experiences and journey thus far, knowing that you already have absorbed much of the higher teachings. We will facilitate more learning for you as you grasp more on your journey. You may wish to explore avenues that are new to you in order to understand all of you.

Learning is not foreign to you, you have great patience. And so as you move forward from today, can you recognize the patience you carry? This will assist you to step back from circumstances and understand that you are one continuous being, always present.

Q - Could you offer any guidance in what I need to embrace in the healing work that I do?

A - You are weaving energy together in a new way. At first, you may not be able to see the result, but can you trust that you are working on a grand design. The chock (weaving shuttle) is being guided. Indeed, your hand is upon it yet ours is there also. So, let go of any inhibitions and insecurities you may have about this process and know that at each level, we are there guiding, supporting, encouraging. You need not worry or be concerned. Instead, can you allow our participation to increase and then you will understand the process.

We must work together, this is integral. So often we see those first starting out and they fail to recognize that they themselves are only a fraction of what is occurring. It is similar but different than what we do. Indeed there is an interplay of energies that come together to produce a result of integration.

Ultimately, the soul involved is working to accept help. This sounds like a small feat and yet it is difficult for most to let go of control. You are no different in that regard. So, can you, in your future chanellings, release control and you will find your hand guided, your heart opened. In time, new energies will appear and you will learn new ways. But for now, ask yourself how much you wish to come to you if you step fully into this role. You will find yourself questioning more and understanding that there is an interplay of energies that thread through all existence that needs to be recognized.

It is difficult to explain these energies for indeed for many, they remain naked. And so, let go of how you wish it to be and understand that we’ll be working with you to bring about change, not only to the individual, but also to your own consciousness. You will be rewarded many times over by your successes. And hopefully, this will encourage you to keep proceeding along this path. But know that there may come a time where the reward is in the offering itself.

Q - In the past while and up till now, I have been moving through integration. I feel a lot of pain and discomfort in the jaw area which I connect to past lives. My question is…will this pass or if I need to seek help in healing?

A - You can understand this stimulus as a way to bring to your attention to what is in need of recognition about the self.

It is difficult for many to understand the purpose of suffering, and yet it is a way to call upon one’s resources. And in a way, for you have been required to reflect and contemplate what is happening and why and what you can do to alleviate this condition.

We say to you, remove any barriers that you have to accepting the truth about yourself. For you see, resistance upon learning what has occurred and why and how you can move forward with this knowledge, often times produces results in the body that is less than optimal. It is a working through of the energies of resistance.

Different souls hold different experiences; some treasure the sufferings and wish on an unconscious level to maintain them. You can work at releasing by understanding that what has occurred can be released completely. This may cause you to question the self. This can occur because much of the identity of the self comes from the past occurrences.

Without those occurrences, a time of indecision and unknowing can happen. And this can feel threatening to the self. In time, you will come to understand that the uniqueness you have is natural, but this is different than past occurrences. Un-forgiveness can be held within the self for millennium and so work to acknowledge parts within you that hold barriers to forgiveness. These need not be grand ideas. Instead, they can be subtle nuances.

If you wish to proceed in the healing arts, you will come to understand that most negativity that is held within the body is from the self unwilling to let go of past experiences. Erase your memory, start new. This will help you to recognize that indeed your true nature is to be free of judgment, including the judgment that is self imposed.  This is a grand task but not one that can’t be accomplished.

Emotions, Facing Fear, Healing Journeys

This is a personal reading that I would like to share with you, as I feel it contains good messages for many people, HS.


Welcome. We are The Council.

Life is a mystery. For sure there are those who think they understand, who study and call themselves scholars, and yet they fail to grasp the ungraspable. It is as infinate and wide as you can imagine and so much more that your human existence cannot grasp. We see many who struggle with this, wanting to understand everything and many are on personal journeys of understanding the self, in hoping that this will give them a clue to what life is.

You have been born here to live in this limited perspective of your own choosing. This is not to say that you cannot learn, that you cannot love. But set aside what you are pursuing in the hope that it brings you knowledge/wisdom; for all endeavours as you breath in and out, this understanding, is born within you, a knowing that runs so deep that it needs not to be rediscovered, or examined or pursued, for it is who you are and to say that it is simple is true, and yet your true existence in the universe is anything but.

For the wonder of all existence is incomprehensible, is so vast and grand that even, We, continue to learn and expand our knowledge and so, do not stop learning and looking for answers for indeed we understand that this is common in the human experience, but understand too that, a balance of such energies will bring you more of what you seek. And so, look upon your life and see it as a puzzle; different pieces with different shapes that fit together perfectly. Each piece is as important as the next, for without it, the puzzle is not complete. And move away from what you seek in the material world for not all puzzle pieces are thus. For your human emotions are just as important and so don’t discount them, instead honour them as they are your ticket home.

They hold the key.......We could tell you so much more, but we understand that you need to practice with yourself at what works and what does not, what brings you joy and what moves it away. Can we say that your emotions will lead you to where you need to go and so do not surpress them, instead allow them to surface.

You can walk with us. You can feel our strength beside you. You need not think that you are alone for indeed you never are. You may turn your back on events that bring you sorrow, or times when you don’t understand, but can we, gently, encourage you to turn around and face what you do not understand or fear, head on. For as you turn your back on these events, they grow in magnitude, they fester and they become bigger than they truly are. In the dark all kinds of things can happen, but as you turn to face your fears your light shines on the darkness and understanding can come. Even though it may seem frightening, even though it may bring tears, this will help cleanse and bring in new ways of thinking and you will see, that what you have hidden is not as negative as you think. Whatever brings you fear, turn and look at it, feel it, ask for understanding and once that understanding comes, it no longer burdens you, it is no longer something that ways heavy upon you. And in that releasing, you allow new opportunities to come in.

There are other that go with you on this journey of life and they watch and listen and learn, for even though you are having your own personal experience here, you are also teaching others, by your example, they look to you. And so, what is it you want to teach?

Do you have a question?

Q - I do have a fear of energy healing. Any time I receive information, it frightens me and you just mentioned it about facing it head on, so I’ll try to practice that, but it is easier said than done. Do you have any other suggestions when one is connecting to the other side - not to be frightened.

A - You are not alone in your thinking. Do not feel that you lack qualities that are necessary for this endeavour. You may need to understand more about how life works. Do you not realize that we are not separate from one another? Do not be convinced of what your eyes see for this is not the true reality. There are energies that are created, that move. These energies can be weak or they can be strong. If one is working with energy and is fearful of it, then it will be weak and will have little strength to move. You are alive, you are here. You have been created from Life itself. This great power is a part of you and so you have the ability to create and part of creation is moving energy, allowing energy to flow through you, recognizing that you have your own energetic field that can be used and understand that the thoughts that you think are creating energy as well. When you let go of fear, what do you have instead? What has always been there? Perhaps you have covered it up, but as you face your fears you will see something shining underneath. What is this light? What is this power? Is it love? Is it wisdom? Is it strength from another source? All this is yours to discover, but as you embrace your fears and allow these illusions to fall away, for indeed they are illusions, you will see a power so great, so loving, that you will never deny it. You have felt this power before, and so you are not alien to it, but it is a process of trust, trust in yourself, that you can do this, that you have this ability.

It takes great strength to allow oneself to be vulnerable, to feel feelings fully, to feel the pain of others, but in that moment when you connect with another being, you will feel this power present. Start small, do what you know you can do, and move slowly forward as you gain confidence.

Do you have another question?

Q - Can you tell me in which direction to go? I am interested in so many things.

A - You may wish to help another and we understand this need, for indeed there are many like you, for you have known what it is like to work with others and you understand the joy that it brings and so you long for that connection again. It is not a mistake that you are here with your perceived limitations. Instead of focusing on what you cannot do and what you do not have, focus on those positive attributes of the self for you were also given these.

You may not be able to accomplish all that you desire here, but your soul is growing and understanding what it feels like to be you in this time and space, and so even though on a personal level you may feel you are limited, know that your soul is rejoicing. We see so many who fail to understand this. They look to others and see their successes and wonder why it is not theirs. Know that true treasure lives beyond this world and beauty and personal possessions and relationships will fall away, yet your soul is forever and so embrace what you have agreed upon and know that it is perfect in all aspects. It is difficult for those who wish to be healers when they are struggling with healing themselves. It is also, part of the greater picture, for as you heal yourself you understand others and are able to bring through this energy as another cannot. It is okay to feel the emotions that are involved, but if you see life as a continuum, if you see life as Life; that there is no death, then even though an animal may pass away, that their body is no use to them anymore, know that their soul lives, know that in that moment where you touched another, that, is part of the fabric of Life that will sustain Its growth and that, you will always have. There was a great one who walked the earth and cared for the sick and poor. She cried daily, cried with those she tried to help, but in those moments of connection, where their hearts became one, is what healed; is what created a continuum of life, and so do not shy away from these connections, for this is what you seek.

Do you have another question?

Q - My husband is not well, what can I do to help him?

A - Each soul has its own journey. He may not be able to accept your help. You may wish to help, but he is in his own world of understanding. It is best to make yourself available and be willing to accept that his emotions will vary and know that sometimes what he displays is from frustration, from disappointment in the self, from his inabilty to fully express his role, his role as a man. And so, it may hurt him to accept your help, so we advise that you remain open and available, but let him guide you. You have your own strengths, as so does he, and you are helping each other.

There is a time where it is appropriate to concentrate on the self, to work on your own healing and to allow his processes to take place and so spend as much time on the self as you do assisting another for each is important. Allow him to do as much for himself as he can and be there in those times when he cannot as a support. Try not to do for him, allow him to do as much as he can. Celebrate the good in your lives and do not let these perceived limitations limit your joy. It takes great courage to accept a life with limits and so know that you have what it takes to complete this experience. In those times when you feel uncertain, know that we are there supporting you. You may wish to acknowedge the Angels that are with you for they too offer their energies to you. Call on them and they will uplift the situation. We do not take joy in your struggles, but we do take great joy in your successes and this is what we see. This is our focus. We love you dearly. Know that it is forever. God bless you.
